Job Description:

We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Product Manager to join our Product & Technology team. This role is critical to driving strategic initiatives, managing cross-functional alignment across multiple product backlogs, and delivering insights that support data-driven decision making. This Product Manager will work closely with business leaders, technical teams, and stakeholders across the organization to drive product adoption and foster a culture of continuous improvement.

What you ll do:
Work closely with business partners using elaboration sessions, design thinking workshops, and other techniques to build and prioritize a multi-product backlog.
Lead and manage product initiatives from concept through execution, ensuring alignment with business goals.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams including engineering, design, marketing, and analytics to deliver high-impact solutions.
Validate data accuracy and confirm analytical methodologies to support product decisions.
Track progress across sprints and ensure timely delivery of milestones.
Provide regular updates to leadership on status, risks, and dependencies.
Manage financials related to product initiatives, including budgeting and tracking of funding allocation, ensuring transparency and alignment with leadership expectations.
Actively participate in agile daily stand ups, sprint demos, monthly portfolio reviews, and quarterly planning.
Working in tandem as a product and project manager to complete tasks as needed.
This is an individual contributor role which includes writing stories and epics to ensure your backlog is always definition of ready for n+2 sprints.
Common tools you will use include Jira, Confluence, Microsoft Office, Teams, and Copilot.

What you need to succeed:
Minimum of 3 years experience as a Technical Product Manager, Product Manager, Business Analyst, or other related agile field.
Excellent interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills, with a detail-oriented approach and the ability to lead through influence, building consensus.
Results-oriented and experienced in analyzing data to draw business-relevant conclusions and in data visualization techniques and tools.
Experience managing budgets and providing financial insights.
Experience in project management.
