Join an innovative team as a Technical Program Manager, where you'll lead projects that integrate AI capabilities across diverse organizations. This role bridges technical and marketing teams to ensure seamless project execution with a focus on security, performance, and reliability.

Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage projects supporting AI integration across various departments.
  • Act as a liaison between technical and marketing teams to ensure effective communication and organization.
  • Define project requirements and oversee sprint planning for technical teams.
  • Identify trade-offs and provide timely updates to leadership.
  • Investigate and resolve data and analytics issues as they arise.
  • Manage escalations and balance business needs with technical constraints.

Skills

  • Proven experience in managing programs across cross-functional teams.
  • Direct experience with software and data engineering teams in technical program management.
  • Strong ability to develop and execute technical roadmaps.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills.
  • Familiarity with program management tools like JIRA or Asana.
  • Strong track record of delivering software products from conception to deployment.

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in project management disciplines including scope, schedule, and risk management.
  • Knowledge of SQL and data tools infrastructure.
  • Ability to manage data requirements effectively.
