Job Details

Requirements: Minimum 5 years' experience as a TPO/TPE, preferably in the airline domain. Must understand software development and be well-versed in Scrum techniques (e.g., definition of done, user stories, automated testing, backlog refinement). Knowledge of other Agile frameworks is valued. Strong communication, servant leadership, problem-solving, conflict resolution, and organizational skills required. Degree in Computer Science, Business, or related field preferred. Scrum Master certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the scope and timelines for each project.
  • Coordinate sprints, retrospective meetings, and daily stand-ups to ensure effective Agile practices.
  • Coach team members in the application of Agile frameworks.
  • Facilitate internal communication and promote effective collaboration across teams.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for external communications, including those from customers or stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with product owners to manage backlogs and address new requests.
  • Resolve conflicts and remove obstacles encountered by the team.
  • Support teams in implementing changes efficiently and effectively.
  • Ensure that deliverables meet quality standards at the end of each sprint.
  • Guide development teams toward higher levels of Scrum maturity.
  • Foster a productive environment where team members take ownership of the product and are motivated in their work.
  • Take responsibility for innovation and the end-to-end launch of products.
  • Work closely with digital business partners and vendors to develop roadmaps and drive products and features from concept to launch within a fast-paced environment.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams and stakeholders-including analytics, design, user experience, engineering, and user enablement-to turn data insights into actionable products for customers.
  • Operate within an Agile environment, continuously reviewing business needs, refining priorities, outlining milestones and deliverables, and identifying opportunities and risks.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders and customers across the organization to inform the product vision, strategy, feature set, and prioritization.
  • Develop, own, and execute the product roadmap in partnership with business teams.
  • Translate the product roadmap into well-defined requirements, including features, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Prioritize and maintain the sprint backlog for assigned products, balancing stakeholder requirements.
  • Lead the functional design process based on comprehensive knowledge of users and technology.
  • Define and execute go-to-market plans, ensuring that product management, marketing, and sales functions have the necessary resources to succeed.
  • Establish and maintain appropriate tracking and reporting mechanisms for product performance.
