Software Guidance & Assistance, Inc., (SGA), is searching for an IAM Business Analyst for a CONTRACT assignment with one of our premier Banking clients in Auburn Hills, MI (preferred) or Frisco, TX. Hybrid schedule 2x weekly onsite

Responsibilities :
- Provide thought leadership to deliver creative and efficient solutions
- Contributes to the development of strategic plans for products and/or initiatives
- Works with resources to develop high level delivery plans based on a set of objectives (scope, delivery and technical approaches, risk, assumptions, staffing plans, other cost, and ongoing operational plans and cost).
- Document business partner relations to ensure service expectations are met or exceeded
- Ensure that the schedule is adhered to
Required Skills :
- 1- 3+ years of experience in IAM Access Provisioning
- 3-4 years' experience as a Business Analyst
- Prior banking
- Excellent analytical, problem solving, and troubleshooting skill
- High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
- Ability to communicate effectively with all technology and business audiences
- Experience in Change Management
- Strong ability to build alliances across the enterprise
