Customer Service / Retirements Processor | Remote

We’re looking for detail-oriented and dependable professionals to join our team as a Customer Service / Retirements Processor. Candidates with Retirement Plans or Life Insurance experience will be given priority, but no prior experience is required.

🔹 About the Role

In this role, you’ll perform highly routine retirement plan administration work by reviewing, researching, and processing transactions in accordance with established procedures and guidelines. You’ll support both internal teams and external stakeholders while ensuring accuracy, timeliness, and confidentiality.

🔹 Key Responsibilities

  • Process routine retirement plan transactions such as enrollments, contributions, and distributions

  • Review and verify information for accuracy and completeness

  • Monitor work queues and ensure deadlines and quality standards are met

  • Provide routine retirement plan information to customers and internal partners

  • Escalate issues or concerns to senior team members or management when needed

  • Support departmental initiatives and change management efforts

  • Maintain strict confidentiality of plan sponsor and participant data

  • Work overtime as required

  • Comply with all state and federal regulations, company policies, and procedures

  • Stay current with industry and professional trends

  • Contribute positively by suggesting process improvements and learning new skills

  • Perform other duties as assigned

🔹 Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED (Required)

  • No prior experience required

  • Experience with Retirement Plans or Life Insurance is a plus
