Job Title: Change Leader Location: Springfield, MA Duration: Long Term

As the Technology Digital Marketing and Communications Lead for Corporate Technology, you will spearhead internal digital marketing campaigns to promote our technology solutions and initiatives to employees across various departments and locations. You will be instrumental in crafting compelling content, managing digital platforms, and enhancing internal brand awareness and engagement. Your expertise in technology and digital marketing will be pivotal in driving alignment and adoption of our technology solutions company-wide.


Digital Strategy Development: Develop and execute internal digital marketing strategies to promote technology solutions and initiatives, aligning with company objectives and values to foster employee engagement and adoption.
Content Creation: Create captivating content tailored to internal audiences, including intranet articles, newsletters, emails, and digital signage, effectively communicating technical concepts in a clear and engaging manner.
Campaign Management: Plan and execute internal digital campaigns across various channels, including company intranet, internal social media platforms, and email newsletters, to raise awareness and drive participation in technology initiatives.
SEO and SEM Optimization: Optimize internal digital content for search engines within the company intranet, ensuring easy discoverability of technology-related information and resources for employees.
Social Media Management: Manage Slack channels and employee communities to facilitate knowledge sharing, collaboration, and discussions around technology topics and initiatives.
Email Marketing: Develop and implement internal email marketing campaigns to keep employees informed about technology updates, training opportunities, and other relevant news, driving engagement and participation.
Analytics and Reporting: Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for internal digital campaigns and platforms, providing regular reports and insights to measure impact and effectiveness, and inform future strategies.
Brand Management: Uphold brand consistency and messaging guidelines across internal digital channels and communications, ensuring a cohesive and unified employee experience.

Skills:
Minimum of 8-10 years of experience in Marketing, Communications or related fields.
Experience leading large-scale campaigns for organizational transformations, technology implementations, or business process reengineering initiatives.
Experience working with cross-functional teams and diverse stakeholder groups
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Information Technology, or a related field. Advanced degree preferred.
Proven experience in digital marketing, preferably in an internal communications or employee engagement role within a large organization.
Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and techniques, with a focus on internal audience engagement.
Proficiency in content creation, including writing, editing, and multimedia production, with the ability to tailor content for internal audiences.
Experience managing internal digital campaigns and platforms, with a track record of driving employee engagement and participation.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to interpret data to measure campaign effectiveness and inform decision-making.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
