The Senior Marketing Analyst will support the continued development of One Park Financials paid marketing efforts through the implementation of data-driven strategies and analysis. This role will help create new strategies through the analysis of different marketing campaigns and customer communication channels. Additionally, they will work cross-functionally with Marketing and Analytics teams to understand problems and create recommendations that drive key marketing decisions around inbound marketing and lifecycle management.
Responsibilities:
Understand OPF s marketing ecosystem and help develop and implement comprehensive marketing analytics strategies aligned with business objectives.
Analyze the performance of marketing efforts across multiple channels, including but not limited to Television, Search, Social, Email, and Display/Video advertising.
Perform exploratory analysis to generate hypotheses, drive marketing strategy, identify gaps, and size opportunities for new campaigns to improve our marketing spend effectiveness.
Conduct A/B testing and other experiments to optimize marketing campaigns and strategies; Gather feedback from stakeholders to refine processes and improve outcomes.
Work alongside the Marketing team owning attribution tools and models across all channels.
Develop comprehensive reports and maintain existing dashboards to visualize key business metrics and insights, enabling stakeholders to make informed decisions.
Ensure high-quality data by conducting regular QA audits, validating source data accuracy, and verifying proper attribution across all marketing datasets to maintain reliability for analysis and reporting.
Qualifications
5+ years experience in performance marketing analytics or a similar role, preferably within the financial industry.
Knowledge of CRM, Marketing Automation Platforms, A/B testing, Web Analytics, Campaign & Content Analytics is desired. SalesForce experience would be ideal.
BS/MS in Business, Economics, Engineering, Math, or Statistics.
Proficiency in data manipulation. Excellent SQL is required, and strong Python skills are preferred.
Have considerable experience with Ad Marketing Platforms from Google, Meta, and others.
Have significant experience with Google Analytics 4 and Google API s.
Experience with Power BI, DAX, and data modeling is required.
Strong Excel skills.
Ability to deal with ambiguity and competing objectives in a fast-paced environment.
Ability to clearly explain technical concepts and complex information to non-technical stakeholders.
