Job Description:
Seeking an Applied AI Engineer to develop and deploy state-of-the-art AI and Machine Learning applications, with a focus on Large Language Models (LLMs) and Generative AI frameworks. This role involves leveraging pre-trained models, multi-agent orchestration frameworks, and retrieval-based techniques to create intelligent, scalable, and explainable products. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience integrating AI capabilities into enterprise environments, a strong understanding of model evaluation and observability, and the ability to collaborate across teams to translate research into production.
Required Skills:
3-5 years of experience within AI/ML engineering
Proficiency in Python for building APIs, applications, and data workflows
Experience working with LLM frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar
Exposure to evaluation and observability tools within ML or AI systems
Familiarity with retrieval-augmented generation (RAG) and vector databases (e.g., Azure AI Search, Pinecone, Chroma)
Strong understanding of prompt engineering concepts and multi-step reasoning
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills, with the ability to collaborate across technical and non-technical teams
Bonus / Soft Skills:
Experience developing LLM-powered workflows or agentic applications
Familiarity with Databricks, Azure, or other cloud ML platforms
Knowledge of LLMOps, including evaluation pipelines and model monitoring
