RESPONSIBILITIES:
A client with Kforce is seeking a Program Manager IV to join their team.
Responsibilities:
* Connect the dots across various programs within the portfolio to clarify the 'why,' 'what,' and 'how' at the strategic and operational level
* Partner with the Portfolio Leadership Team to unblock and guide program teams' delivery, ensuring smooth execution
* Simplify and optimize portfolio-level processes to enable organizational effectiveness and operational excellence (Opex)
* Develop a robust program structure and drive a consistent operating rhythm to align complex, cross-organizational teams. Maintain a focus on achieving program objectives while prioritizing operational efficiency
* Collaborate with multiple teams across the organization to establish, maintain, and achieve the highest level of product excellence-ensuring availability, quality, and an exceptional developer experience
* Work closely with executive teams, product management, engineering, and cross-functional teams to ensure alignment, clarity, and progress toward program outcomes
* Quickly identify and resolve critical issues, interdependencies, and bottlenecks, driving them to closure in a proactive and effective manner
* Communicate program results, updates, and actionable insights clearly across all levels of the organization; This includes reporting status, risks, dependencies, and any changes in program control
* Thrive in ambiguous or dynamic situations, strategically establishing order and clarity to streamline processes
* Effectively manage conflict, anticipating and overcoming resistance or setbacks with independence and influencing others to drive desired outcomes
REQUIREMENTS:
* Degree in Computer Science or other technical education, or equivalent work experience preferred
* Program Management Expertise: Proven team leadership and program management experience, with 8+ years focused on operational excellence (Opex) and product delivery roles
* Matrix Environment Experience: Demonstrated ability to navigate matrixed organizations and influence at all levels, building strong partnerships across teams for optimal program outcomes
* Strategic Communication Skills: Outstanding communication abilities tailored for executive-level audiences; Strong aptitude for visually conveying program goals, their connection to business objectives, and other success criteria
* Influencing and Ownership: Exceptional influencing skills with a results-driven mindset, taking full ownership of initiatives and outcomes
* SaaS and Technology Knowledge: Solid understanding of SaaS technologies and the ability to collaborate with engineering teams on complex tech programs using Kanban, Agile, and Scrum methodologies; Familiarity with tools and technologies commonly used in the SaaS domain
The pay range is the lowest to highest compensation we reasonably in good faith believe we would pay at posting for this role. We may ultimately pay more or less than this range. Employee pay is based on factors like relevant education, qualifications, certifications, experience, skills, seniority, location, performance, union contract and business needs. This range may be modified in the future.
We offer comprehensive benefits including medical/dental/vision insurance, HSA, FSA, 401(k), and life, disability & ADD insurance to eligible employees. Salaried personnel receive paid time off. Hourly employees are not eligible for paid time off unless required by law. Hourly employees on a Service Contract Act project are eligible for paid sick leave.
