- Configure policy center and claim center modules based on the specific needs of the clients.
- Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
- Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of policy center and claim center systems.
- Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center and claim center modules.
- Offer postimplementation support and maintenance services to address any issues or enhancements required by the clients.
- Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center platforms.
- Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
- Experience in configuring and customizing policy center and claim center modules.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to guidewire systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
- Project management skills to ensure timely delivery and successful implementation of guidewire solutions.
