Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate with clients to gather and analyze requirements for policy center and claim center implementations.
  • Configure policy center and claim center modules based on the specific needs of the clients.
  • Provide technical support and troubleshooting assistance during the implementation phase.
  • Conduct system testing and quality assurance to ensure the reliability and accuracy of policy center and claim center systems.
  • Train end-users on the functionality and best practices of policy center and claim center modules.
  • Offer postimplementation support and maintenance services to address any issues or enhancements required by the clients.
Skill Requirements:
  • Proficiency in guidewire policy center and claim center platforms.
  • Strong understanding of insurance business processes and workflows.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing policy center and claim center modules.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to guidewire systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
