Job Description:
IT Project Coordinator
Responsible for planning, directing, and coordinating the appropriate lifecycle phases for implementation and support for one large or multiple small projects
Oversees the development of recommendations regarding systems or process design solutions and process improvements
Provide support with project activities (e.g., meeting facilitation, action tracking, risk & issues management)
May support financial planning and tracking as well as resource planning & tracking
Degree in Computer Science, IT, Project Management, or a related field
Several years of experience in the IT industry, preferably in a project management role
Knowledge of project management methodologies, such as Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall
Strong understanding of IT systems, software development life cycle, and IT infrastructure
Certifications like Project Management Professional (PMP) or Certified Scrum Master (CSM) can be advantageous
