Description
A global firm is looking for a Multimedia Art Director to support their rapidly growing global marketing organization on a long-term contract! In this role, you will act as the bridge between the organization and external creative partners, ensuring the successful execution of multimedia marketing initiatives. This is an exciting opportunity to influence global marketing strategies while driving the production of high-quality, on-brand video and creative content.
Responsibilities:
Collaborate with partner agencies to oversee creative projects and ensure alignment with the company's vision and branding.
Provide clear direction and feedback to vendors to maintain the quality and consistency of marketing deliverables.
Manage a variety of direct response marketing efforts across multiple international markets.
Lead the development and expansion of video content as a key element of the marketing strategy.
Conduct quality reviews of motion-based content, offering constructive feedback to ensure high standards.
Adapt to fast-paced and evolving environments while maintaining project timelines and priorities.
Communicate effectively with cross-functional teams to ensure clarity and alignment on project goals.
Utilize tools like Jira, Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma to manage and enhance creative workflows.
Organize and oversee multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring timely and successful delivery.
Hours: Project-based starting at about 20 hours per week with the potential for more hours depending on projects. Pacific Time hours are preferred.
Length: 6 month contract (with potential to extend)
Location: The company is based in the Pacific Northwest, but you will be working remote and interfacing with people across the US and globally.
Requirements
At least 3 years of experience in an Art Director or Project Manager role.
Proven ability to quickly understand and adapt to brand guidelines and messaging.
Strong expertise in motion-based content, with the ability to provide detailed and actionable feedback.
Exceptional communication skills to facilitate collaboration across teams and external partners.
Highly organized with the capability to manage multiple projects and deadlines effectively.
Hands-on experience with software tools such as Jira, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, and Figma.
Familiarity with Adobe Creative Cloud, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced work environment.
