Job Details

Role: AI/ML Project Manager

Location: Santa Clara, CA (Hybrid)

Duration: 12+ Months

Must have:

Experience with Generative AI technologies, including Large Language Models (LLMs), GPT architectures, and related applications

Previous experience in managing AI/ML projects

Proficiency in AI/ML frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), data analytics tools, and programming languages (e.g., Python, R).

Oversee AI/ML projects from inception to completion, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timely delivery

Required Skills

  • 5+ years of project management experience (3+ in AI/ML)
  • Background in manufacturing or semiconductor industry preferred
  • Proficient with:
  • AI/ML frameworks: TensorFlow, PyTorch
  • Languages/tools: Python, R, data analytics platforms
  • Strong stakeholder and cross-team coordination skills
  • PMP certification: a plus

Responsibilities

  • Lead AI/ML projects from initiation through delivery
  • Ensure alignment with business goals and timely completion
  • Cross-Functional Collaboration
  • Coordinate with engineering, data science, and operations teams
  • Integrate AI/ML into IT manufacturing systems
  • Stakeholder Engagement
  • Interface with senior leadership
  • Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables

  • Manage resources: teams, budget, timelines
