Job Description

Position Summary:

We are looking for a skilled Data Architect Engineering Manager with healthcare domain expertise to lead the development of innovative healthcare technology solutions.

The ideal candidate will work closely with cross-functional Agile teams to deliver high-impact products that improve patient care, streamline provider workflows,

and support compliance with healthcare regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Define and prioritize product backlog based on business and user needs.
  • Mandatory experience in Big Data Handling on Cloud (Python, Spark, SQL)
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and define product features.
  • Lead Agile ceremonies and ensure timely delivery of product increments.
  • Ensure solutions align with healthcare regulations (e.g., HIPAA, HL7, FHIR).
  • Work with development, QA, and UX teams to deliver high-quality features.
  • Monitor product performance and iterate based on user feedback.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 10+ years of IT experience, 4+ years as a Data Product Lead.
  • Strong knowledge of Agile/Scrum methodologies.
  • Proven experience in healthcare domain (clinical systems, EHR/EMR, payer/provider platforms, etc.).
  • Excellent communication, prioritization, and stakeholder management skills.
