Job Description:

Apex Systems, a World-Class Technology Solutions Provider, is seeking a Performance Engineer on behalf of one of our largest financial industry clients. Please apply if interested and qualified. Please note that only qualified candidates will be contacted. We cannot support C2C hiring.

Location: Charlotte, NC

Duration: 12 months+

Pay Rate Range: $65-$70/hr.

Expert communication skills o Ability to lead performance efforts - project analysis, resource assignments o Participate in performance test requirements and make sure others on task (ScrumMaster/Product Manager Owner) Ability and experience in managing a team of PT Testers Prior Performance Execution experience Lead Performance defect triage meetings and orient towards solution Ability to mobilize others in team and out for root cause analysis of issues and performance bottlenecks Test Plan Review and Guidance o Performance Test plan /test strategy, results Review and Guidance Very proficient knowledge of specific Technology in LOB space

Required Skills:

* A minimum of 10-15 years in Performance Testing with

strong expertise and experience in:

1. LoadRunner (Performance Center)

2. Dynatrace

3. Splunk

4.Python

5. Requirements gathering

6. Proactively leading triages and driving to solutions

7. Scripting in VUGen (Web HTTP/HTML Protocol), Java Protocol(must)

8. Analytical abilities with heap and thread dumps

9. Solid understanding of software development and architecture

10. Java / .NET

11. Expertise in identifying performance bottlenecks and understanding end-to-end web performance metrics..

12.Experience with monitoring and profiling tools such as Dynatrace, Splunk, and AWR reports to monitor, gather, and report application performance on Windows or Linux systems.

13.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

14.4.Proficient in Python Programming and understanding of data types, control flow and functions.

The candidate(s) must possess exceptional written and

verbal communication skills; and be able to demonstrate

those skills to a varying level of internal external

resources, to include senior leadership. The candidate

should be self-motivated and be able to detect a major

concern that should be escalated to management for

resolution. Communicate effectively with technical and

non-technical personnel. Ability to work or lead a technical

team from diversified geography and culture to complete

strategic planning, mission-critical design and

development work. Strong results-oriented awareness,

with an optimistic and enterprising attitude. Experience in

diagnosing complex technical issues. Leverage profiling

tools (i.e. dynaTrace) to analyze and define performance

characteristics of an application, recommend

enhancements, and trouble shoot bottlenecks
