Job Title: TECHNICAL WRITER 3 - GenAI IT Security Architecture

Job Location: Sunnyvale, CA

Work Schedule: On-site

Pay Rate: $70.3 - $74/hr on W2 + Benefits

Responsibilities:

We are seeking a skilled Technical Writer to join our team and play a crucial role in documenting our company s Generative AI (GenAI) standards, aligning with best practices, and enhancing our security architecture playbook and reference materials. You ll collaborate closely with IT teams (Security, Infrastructure, and developers) to ensure accurate and effective communication of technical concepts.
Responsibilities:
1. GenAI & LLM Framework - Standards and Guidelines:
o Work closely with Security, Enterprise, and Infrastructure architects to understand GenAI requirements, principles, and best practices.
o Create clear, concise, and comprehensive documentation for GenAI standards, guidelines, and policies.
o Research industry best practices and stay current with emerging trends in IT security and Generative AI.
o Ensure alignment with industry best practices and the company s strategic goals.
2. Security Architecture - Playbook and Reference Design Materials:
o Collaborate with IT Security to enhance our security architecture playbook.
o Develop detailed reference design materials that cover security aspects such as application, infrastructure, networking, and risk management.
3. Collaboration and Communication:
o Engage with cross-functional teams, including architects, developers, and project managers.
o Translate complex technical information into user-friendly content.
o Review and edit existing documentation to improve clarity, consistency, and accuracy.

Qualifications:

o Familiarity with Generative AI technologies and their application in a corporate setting.
o Bachelor s degree in a relevant field (Computer Science, Information Technology, or related) or equivalent work experience.
o Strong ability to understand and document complex technical systems and processes.
o Experience with documenting IT policies, procedures, process flow charts and creating technical design documentation including network and system architecture diagrams.
Skills:
o Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
o Ability to translate technical jargon into accessible content.

o Proficiency in using documentation tools and platforms.
