We are looking for an experienced SAP Technical Project Manager to lead end-to-end SAP S/4HANA implementations and guide clients through digital transformation initiatives. This is a high-impact role where you will provide technical leadership, architecture guidance, and strategic insights across multiple SAP modules.

Key Responsibilities:
Lead large-scale SAP S/4HANA implementation projects (greenfield & brownfield)
Provide technical leadership across SAP modules: FI/CO, SD, MM, PP, WM, EWM, TM, Ariba, SuccessFactors, IBP
Ensure architecture compliance, risk management, and performance optimization
Collaborate with business stakeholders and technical teams to design scalable SAP solutions
Coordinate onsite-offshore delivery teams for timely project execution
Recommend innovations and best practices for SAP roadmap and digital transformation
Required Qualifications:
16+ years of SAP implementation experience, including full-cycle implementations
Strong experience in SAP S/4HANA, cloud/on-prem integration, and SAP architecture
Expertise in SAP BTP, Fiori/UI5, SAP CPI, SAP Gateway, and other integration tools
Excellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
Familiarity with Agile/Activate methodologies
SAP certifications in S/4HANA or related areas preferred
Preferred Qualifications:
Industry experience: Aviation Fuel, & Gas, Manufacturing, Retail, Automotive, Utilities
Exposure to cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, Google Cloud Platform) in SAP deployments
Knowledge of data migration, master data governance, SAP Analytics, AI/ML, IoT
