Overview:

We are seeking a talented PHP Engineer with expertise in building robust integrations with Salesforce using REST and SOAP APIs. In this role, you will design, develop, and scale PHP-based services to enable seamless data exchange between our platform and partner Salesforce instances. You will collaborate closely with internal engineering teams and external partner technical teams to ensure reliable, efficient, and secure integrations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and Develop Integration Services: Build and maintain high-quality PHP-based services to integrate with Salesforce APIs (REST and SOAP), ensuring scalability and performance.

• Create Reusable Frameworks: Develop a modular and reusable integration framework to support connectivity with multiple partner Salesforce organizations.

• Collaborate with Partners: Work with external partner technical teams to guide the setup and configuration of their Salesforce orgs in alignment with integration requirements.

• Manage Data and Authentication: Implement secure authentication mechanisms, data mapping, error handling, and data synchronization logic for robust integrations.

• Testing and Validation: Perform thorough testing and validation of integrations using sandbox/test Salesforce instances to ensure reliability and accuracy.

• Documentation and Support: Create detailed documentation of integration flows and provide technical support during partner onboarding processes.

• Troubleshooting and Maintenance: Diagnose and resolve integration issues with external systems, ensuring minimal downtime and optimal performance.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 3+ years of professional experience in PHP development, with a focus on building and maintaining API integrations.

• Salesforce Expertise: Hands-on experience integrating with Salesforce APIs (REST and/or SOAP) and familiarity with Salesforce data models and security protocols.

• Technical Skills:

  • Proficient in PHP frameworks (e.g., Laravel, Symfony) and modern PHP development practices.

  • Strong understanding of RESTful and SOAP web services, JSON, XML, and OAuth authentication.

  • Experience with database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) for data mapping and synchronization.

  • Familiarity with testing frameworks and tools for integration validation.

• Collaboration and Communication: Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and external partners, with strong documentation and communication skills.

• Problem-Solving: Proven ability to troubleshoot complex integration issues and implement scalable solutions.

• Nice-to-Have:

  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Platform Developer I, Integration Architecture Designer).

  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).

  • Knowledge of other CRM or ERP system integrations.
