You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
- Translate business strategy and operational models into scalable technical solutions.
- Conduct gap analyses and contribute to long-term product and technical roadmaps.
- Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to plan, build, and launch new features and enhancements.
- Lead technical discussions and problem-solving efforts across complex systems and domains.
- Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
- Communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions clearly across teams and stakeholders.
- Support the design and development of both new and existing software products.
- Analyze data from various sources to generate insights, improve customer experience, and inform strategic decisions.
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- 6+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical delivery roles.
- Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, including WCF, API development, ORM frameworks, and SQL-based data stores.
- Experience with modern software architecture patterns such as SOA, SaaS, and cloud-native development.
- Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis principles.
- Demonstrated ability to lead technical change and drive transformation initiatives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
- Experience working in the financial technology or payments industry.
- Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
- Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
- Passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software solutions.
- Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and mentor others.
