About the Role

We are seeking a Software Engineer III to join a high-performing engineering team at a leading global financial technology company. In this role, you will contribute to the design, development, and delivery of scalable, high-impact software solutions that support our rapidly growing global payments platform. You will collaborate cross-functionally with product managers, engineers, and business stakeholders to drive innovation and deliver exceptional user experiences.
Responsibilities
  • Translate business strategy and operational models into scalable technical solutions.
  • Conduct gap analyses and contribute to long-term product and technical roadmaps.
  • Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to plan, build, and launch new features and enhancements.
  • Lead technical discussions and problem-solving efforts across complex systems and domains.
  • Ensure alignment between technical capabilities and business objectives.
  • Communicate goals, metrics, and value propositions clearly across teams and stakeholders.
  • Support the design and development of both new and existing software products.
  • Analyze data from various sources to generate insights, improve customer experience, and inform strategic decisions.
Minimum Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
  • 6+ years of experience in software engineering, product development, or technical delivery roles.
  • Proficiency in C# and .NET technologies, including WCF, API development, ORM frameworks, and SQL-based data stores.
  • Experience with modern software architecture patterns such as SOA, SaaS, and cloud-native development.
  • Strong understanding of object-oriented design and analysis principles.
  • Demonstrated ability to lead technical change and drive transformation initiatives.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience working in the financial technology or payments industry.
  • Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., Azure, AWS) and microservices architecture.
  • Ability to derive actionable insights from large datasets and present findings to technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Passion for solving complex problems and delivering high-quality software solutions.
  • Growth mindset with a willingness to learn, adapt, and mentor others.
