Business Analyst (Payments Swifts) || Hybrid at Lake Mary, FL || Contract

4. Compliance (AML/Actimize/Fircosoft/Bridger)

Experience in the Following Areas:

Payments Domain:

1. Requirement Gathering
2. Data Analysis

Domain Knowledge - Must

1. Experience in FinTech
2. Working with Payments: SWIFT 15022, ISO 20022, MT, MX messages, ACH, NACHA formats, Securities messages
3. Agile Methodologies
4. Defect Tracking, Requirements Management tools and techniques
5. Experience in SQL queries, Data Analysis, Data Profiling, Data Validation

Compliance Knowledge

1. Exposure to Financial Crimes Compliance such as AML Alert Investigations, SAR
2. Knowledge with Actimize or Fircosoft or Bridger

Additional Skills:

1. Strong in Leadership
2. Strong communication skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, collaborative environment

Banking Domain:

1. Proficiency with product management tools
2. Payment processes, including SWIFT, ACH, SEPA, and wire transfers
3. Knowledge of cross-border payments, FX transactions, and ISO 20022 standards
4. SEPA, Fircosoft
5. SQL
