Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Architect to lead the design and implementation of scalable Salesforce solutions within a healthcare environment. This role requires deep expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud and the ability to work closely with clinical, business, and technical teams.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Architect and implement scalable Salesforce solutions aligned with healthcare business needs.

  • Lead design and deployment efforts across Health Cloud, Service Cloud, and Experience Cloud environments.

  • Collaborate with clinical, operational, and IT stakeholders to gather and translate business requirements.

  • Ensure solution compliance with healthcare regulatory standards (e.g., HIPAA, GDPR, FDA).

  • Architect integrations with EHR/EMR systems, ERP platforms, and third-party applications.

  • Define secure data models, sharing rules, and access controls.

  • Guide development teams using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and declarative configuration tools.

  • Establish and maintain CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce DevOps processes.

  • Develop and maintain architecture diagrams, data flow documentation, and technical specifications.

  • Mentor Salesforce administrators and developers.

  • Evaluate AppExchange solutions and new platform features to enhance capabilities.

  • Support testing, release management, and post-deployment support.

  • Promote platform governance, coding standards, and Salesforce best practices.
