Job Details

Job Description:

  • The Marketing Manager will lead product marketing strategy for new software NPIs, guiding internal and external stakeholders with insights, market context, and actionable recommendations.
  • They will act as the go-to product expert, drive go-to-market execution, create compelling campaigns, and ensure consistent brand positioning.
  • The role requires balancing strategic thinking with hands-on execution across multiple channels, while fostering an inclusive and collaborative work environment

Responsibilities:

Product Expertise & Market Insight

  • Serve as a product/feature expert for cross-functional teams.
  • Analyze market trends, identify opportunities, and predict shifts.
  • Provide insights to inform product development and marketing direction.

Go-to-Market (GTM) & Launch

  • Lead planning and execution of product launches (NPIs).
  • Develop product positioning, messaging, and value propositions.
  • Collaborate with teams to execute launch and post-launch strategies.

Marketing Content & Campaign Management

  • Drive creation, iteration, and publishing of marketing content.
  • Manage medium-to-large campaigns, optimizing based on performance.
  • Recommend and integrate multi-channel engagement strategies.

Research & Consumer Insights

  • Identify research needs and manage user research initiatives.
  • Incorporate user voice into marketing and product strategies.
  • Recommend improvements for UX and engagement.

Measurement & Reporting

  • Define and track metrics for product/business success.
  • Evaluate campaign ROI and recommend optimizations.

Stakeholder Management

  • Communicate effectively with executives and partners.
  • Provide marketing recommendations to regional/functional teams.
  • Ensure alignment with brand and business goals.

DEI & Team Culture

  • Champion inclusivity, psychological safety, and bias mitigation.
  • Facilitate cultural awareness and inclusive decision-making.

Experience:

  • Proven experience leading end-to-end product launches in software, ideally in B2B SaaS or enterprise technology.
  • Strong go-to-market expertise, including persona development, positioning, messaging, and channel strategy.
  • Advanced skills in executive communication, with the ability to present complex market insights and recommendations clearly.
  • Proficiency in market analysis, competitive research, and trend forecasting to inform product and marketing decisions.
  • Demonstrated success in multi-channel campaign management, from planning through performance optimization.
  • Ability to work cross-functionally with product, sales, and marketing teams to align priorities and execution.
  • Highly organized, adaptable, and capable of managing multiple initiatives in a fast-paced environment

Skills:

Market analysis & opportunity sizing

  • Quantifying TAM, SAM, SOM for the new software.
  • Evaluating competitive landscapes and differentiators.

Trend prediction & forecasting

  • Identifying upcoming tech shifts that could impact product adoption.

Customer segmentation & persona creation

  • Mapping primary and secondary buyer/user personas for GTM.

B2B SaaS or enterprise software

  • Familiarity with subscription-based business models.
  • Knowledge of cloud platforms, APIs, integrations, and scalability concerns.

Education:

  • Graduation Degree or Equivalent exp.
