GDIT is excited to support the SEC in as it seeks to protect investors, maintain fair, orderly, and efficient markets, and facilitate capital formation. The SEC ISS program is a comprehensive IT program charged with operating, managing, and advancing the SEC's IT infrastructure. Our dynamic program team of IT leaders and large and small business partners is seeking bright, energetic and talented individuals to join us as we bring our innovative IT Service Delivery solutions to SEC.
GDIT has an immediate opportunity for a Storage Engineer SME to support our SEC customer in Washington, DC.
Duties:
Required Experience:
The likely salary range for this position is $131,750 - $178,250. This is not, however, a guarantee of compensation or salary. Rather, salary will be set based on experience, geographic location and possibly contractual requirements and could fall outside of this range.

GDIT has an immediate opportunity for a Storage Engineer SME to support our SEC customer in Washington, DC.
Duties:
- Responsible for architecting and designing of the storage area network (SAN).
- Integrates multi-vendor solutions utilizing vendor agnostic approach to design and implementing advance storage solutions.
- Manages SAN team in the analysis, identification, and resolution of IT incidents, specifically as related to Storage systems. Monitors storage capacity and performs forecasting.
- Administers the NetApp clustered data ONTAP system.
- Provides technical advice on major projects to ensure integration with the SAN.
Required Experience:
- Must have a minimum of 10 years of experience as a subject matter expert in managing and designing storage area networks, specializing in EMC and NetApp systems.
- Must have experience working with Clustered Data ONTAP software. Must possess a NetApp Certified Data Administrator Certification or equivalent relevant experience.
