AR Clerk (Part-Time)
Employment Type: Contract (through 7/31/2026, possible conversion)
Location: 100% On-Site- Mechanicsville, VA
Hours: Part-Time | 4–5 hours per day
Job Description:
Seeking a Part-Time Accounts Receivable Clerk to support dealership AR operations, reconciliations, and collections.
Key Responsibilities:
- Accounts Receivable and collections processing
- Book and reconcile AR credit card receipts
- Perform daily bank deposits and reconciliations
- Generate and manage customer invoicing
Required Qualifications:
- AR and collections experience
- Experience booking and reconciling credit card receipts
- Bank deposit and reconciliation experience
- Invoicing experience
Highly Preferred:
- Automotive dealership AR experience
- Experience with Dealer AR and Vincent Claims
- Dealer Payment Statement AR experience
