Minimum Requirements:
10 years experience with CAPPS PeopleSoft Financial System.
10 years experience integrating PeopleSoft with third-party apps via Integration Broker/Web Services.
10 years experience in STAT, upgrades, tuning, and deployments.
10 years experience with PeopleSoft XML/BI Publisher reports.
8 years experience installing PUM images using Update Manager & Change Assistant.
8 years experience in PeopleSoft administration (app/web server, schedulers).
8 years experience troubleshooting server-related technical issues.
8 years experience with PeopleSoft on Linux/RedHat and Oracle 19c+.
8 years experience with PeopleSoft Financials 9.2.
8 years experience with PeopleTools 8.51x or higher.
Preferred Qualifications:
5 years experience with Quest STAT administration.
5 years experience with EMAT, TGIF/ER, and CR modules.
Position Summary:
Serve as a subject matter expert on PeopleSoft PUM upgrades and administration.
Administer monthly CAPPS Financials updates and apply critical OS patches.
Provide production support and enhancements for custom modules including EMAT, TGIF/Expense Reports, and Cash Receipts.
Lead complex development and testing of PeopleSoft functionality.
Deliver senior-level business analysis and solution design.
Responsibilities:
Perform full installations of PeopleSoft 9.2x across all tiers using PUM, Change Assistant, or DPK.
Execute system upgrades and enhancements using PeopleSoft Upgrade Manager (PUM).
Analyze compare reports and apply retrofits.
Monitor and tune system performance; troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues.
Resolve technical issues in PeopleSoft Internet Architecture (PIA), including Oracle DB, Tuxedo, WebLogic, and schedulers.
Secure systems through access control, monitoring, and alerting.
Fix bugs and implement new functionality post-upgrade.
Configure and troubleshoot fluid approval workflows for travel/expense modules.
Analyze CPA updates, reapply customizations, and resolve conflicts.
Spin up new PeopleSoft environments and deploy new PUM images.
Administer servers and apply critical patches regularly.
Support integrations with TEAL, eGrants, CNP, FSP, and CEMS.
Automate recurring administrative tasks and train team members.
