Description
We are looking for an experienced Application Development Project Manager/Lead to oversee the implementation of a new loan management system and related integrations. This is a long-term contract position based in Boston, Massachusetts, offering the opportunity to work with diverse teams and vendors to drive impactful change. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing the project from inception to completion, ensuring seamless collaboration and execution across multiple stakeholders.
Responsibilities:
Develop and execute comprehensive project plans to guide the implementation of a new loan management system.
Collaborate with front-end developers to ensure the user interface meets functional and design requirements.
Coordinate integration efforts with Salesforce and other internal systems, working closely with external vendors.
Manage communications between finance teams, vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure project alignment.
Lead status meetings, track project progress, and address challenges to keep timelines on schedule.
Facilitate integration of payment platforms such as Stripe and explore additional vendors like Plaid.
Ensure the system accommodates English and Spanish language capabilities for enhanced user experience.
Provide recommendations for adopting new project management tools to improve tracking and reporting.
Oversee changes to underwriting processes and borrower interactions, ensuring compliance with updated requirements.
Monitor high-volume system functionality to support scalability and future growth.
Requirements
Proven experience managing complex system implementation projects with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
Strong communication skills to effectively coordinate across diverse teams and departments.
Ability to lead meetings, drive project timelines, and create detailed project plans.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment with multiple moving parts.
Familiarity with cloud technologies, Microsoft tools (Teams, Excel, Outlook), and content management systems.
Ability to recommend and implement new project management tools.
Expertise in ensuring compliance with updated processes and requirements
