Job Description
- Position: Technical Program Manager (TPM)
- Department: Cybersecurity Threat Management
- Function: Support coordination and workflow across cybersecurity teams, especially where technical fixes require cross-functional collaboration.
- Location: 100% REMOTE
?? Key Responsibilities
- Program Management Focus: 100% program management (not hands-on technical work).
- Support for Two Core Teams:
- Penetration Testing & Red Team: Emulates adversaries to identify vulnerabilities.
- Insider Threat Program: Requires alignment across Legal, Privacy, HR, IT, and Engineering.
- Project Oversight:
- Immediate need to manage findings and remediation processes from the red team.
- Help launch and structure the insider threat program.
- Assist with smaller 3 6 month projects across cybersecurity functions.
- Operational Model Development: Help standardize documentation and charters across the program.
