Job Details

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced D365 Business Systems Analyst to join a dynamic team within a leading organization in Tulsa, Oklahoma. This is a senior-level position focused on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O), with a specialized emphasis on Finance and Accounting modules. The successful candidate will play a key role in driving complex system analysis, solution design, and implementation initiatives that align with business-critical financial processes. This is a contract opportunity offering a flexible, hybrid work arrangement, with the ability to split time between the office and remote work environments.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the analysis, design, and implementation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&O solutions, with a primary focus on Finance and Accounting modules.
  • Collaborate closely with Finance stakeholders to gather business requirements and translate them into effective system functionalities and enhancements.
  • Provide advanced application support, including troubleshooting complex issues, conducting root cause analysis, and optimizing system performance.
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives by identifying and implementing opportunities for process automation and workflow enhancement within the ERP environment.
  • Serve as a subject matter expert in financial systems, ensuring solutions are compliant with accounting standards, audit requirements, and internal controls.
  • Mentor and guide junior analysts, providing leadership on best practices, solution architecture, and project delivery methodologies.
  • Participate in ERP upgrades, patch deployments, and comprehensive testing strategies to ensure system stability and functionality.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date system documentation, training materials, and user guides to support end-user adoption and ongoing system maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, or a closely related field.
  • 7–10+ years of progressive experience in business systems analysis, with a strong focus on ERP platforms.
  • Extensive hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) or Dynamics AX, especially in Finance and Accounting modules.
  • Demonstrated expertise in financial processes including General Ledger (GL), Accounts Payable (AP), Accounts Receivable (AR), Fixed Assets, and Budgeting.
  • Proven track record in leading financial systems implementation, support, and optimization projects in a complex business environment.
  • Experience with X++ development, Application Integration Framework (AIF), security administration, and batch server setup is advantageous.
  • ITIL v3 Foundations certification is preferred.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills, with the ability to work independently and lead cross-functional teams.
  • Strong customer service orientation and stakeholder management capabilities, with a focus on delivering high-quality solutions.
  • Familiarity with SOX compliance, financial reporting standards, and global business processes is desirable.

Pay Range: $40.00 – $60.00 Hourly
This position offers a hybrid schedule, with time split between the office and remote work.
