Job Description:

We are looking for a highly experienced Data Warehouse Test Lead to join a critical project for our utility client based in Los Angeles. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in QA testing for large-scale data warehouse environments, experience with cross-functional coordination, and the ability to manage testing across multiple systems and partner teams.

Key Responsibilities:ra

• Lead and manage overall test planning and execution.
• Define and formalize test setup: scenarios, environments, data, cases, and scripts.
• Drive and manage end-to-end testing for Meter to Cash, Customer Experience, Sales & Service processes.
• Manage a team of testers, coordinate with project managers, and provide regular status updates.
• Maintain and track test script inventory and ensure traceability of all requirements.
• Conduct data traceability and lineage at multiple integration points.
• Run defect triage meetings, manage defect lifecycle and resolution using ALM.
• Approve and execute functional test cases, including re-tests and regression.
• Coordinate with data prep teams to source specific data for test execution.
• Ensure testing is aligned with requirements, test conditions, and entry/exit criteria.
• Lead and report on testing activities conducted by Edge Partners, Vista DW, SCG DW, etc.
• Coordinate with upstream teams to maintain current documentation and requirements.

Required Skills:

• 12 14 years of experience in software testing with at least 5 years in data warehouse environments.
• Strong knowledge of functional testing, data validation, and defect management.
• Hands-on experience using ALM for test and defect tracking.
• Excellent communication and coordination skills for multi-stakeholder engagement.
• Prior experience working in a remote setup with PST alignment.
