Job Description:
- We are seeking a proactive Business Analyst with 10+ years of experience, including 8+ years in ServiceNow Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM).
- The ideal candidate should independently engage with stakeholders to identify, gather, and document business requirements without waiting for direction.
- Strong experience in SPM modules such as Demand, Project, Resource, Financial Planning, and Agile Development.
- Skilled in building and analyzing reports, dashboards, and performance analytics to support strategic decisions.
- Required : ServiceNow CSA, SPM Implementation Specialist, or equivalent.
