Job Details
Responsibilities:
Translate business needs into clear functional and technical requirements for Dynamics 365.
Configure core modules such as Finance and Supply Chain, and design custom solutions to bridge functional gaps.
Develop and maintain custom features using X++, Visual Studio, extensions, and event handlers, adhering to Microsoft best practices.
Work closely with cross-functional teams to design, build, and deploy enhancements, custom workflows, forms, and reports using SSRS and data visualization tools.
Support integration efforts with external systems through REST/OData APIs and D365 data entities.
Participate in all phases of the application lifecycle, including discovery, design, development, testing, and deployment.
Contribute to data migration initiatives, including Dual-write and Data Management, by writing transformation logic and performing validation checks.
Create user guides and deliver training sessions to support adoption of new features and custom functionality.
Diagnose and resolve both functional and technical issues; implement bug fixes and enhancements as needed.
