Job Details
Join our dynamic team as a Procurement Buyer, where you will play a crucial role in supporting our Procurement team by managing purchasing activities and ensuring policy compliance. This contract role offers the opportunity to work remotely and engage with various internal teams and suppliers.
Responsibilities
- Manage and process purchase requisitions, ensuring timely issuance and delivery of orders.
- Communicate effectively with suppliers to confirm order details and address any issues.
- Collaborate with internal departments to clarify purchasing needs and improve processes.
- Generate reports to enhance procurement visibility and support operational efficiency.
- Ensure adherence to procurement policies and maintain accurate documentation.
Skills
- Proven experience in procurement, sourcing, or contract management.
- Strong organizational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication skills for engaging with suppliers and internal teams.
Preferred Skills
- Experience with procurement platforms like Coupa.
- Familiarity with contract lifecycle management tools.
- Basic understanding of statements of work and commercial terms.
- Knowledge of NetSuite is advantageous.
