Job Details

Summary:
The Training Manager role will be responsible for all aspects of training at our Manufacturing site. This includes managing a team of trainers, scheduling classes, developing new curriculum, monitoring progress, reporting on key metrics, and working with management to implement continuous improvement projects. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a passion for helping others learn and grow.

Responsibilities & Requirements:
Supervise and coach a team of trainers.
Schedule and deliver training sessions.
Develop new curriculum and assessment tools.
Monitor progress and report on key metrics.
Work with management to implement continuous improvement projects.
Provide support to employees during times of change or transition.
Facilitate team meetings and discussions.
Create and maintain training records.
Conduct performance evaluations and provide feedback.

Preferred Skills & Experience:
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
Minimum 5 years of experience as a trainer or instructor required.
Strong knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design techniques.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Fluent English language skills essential.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) required.
