Human Resources Recruiter / Talent Acquisition Lead

Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic Talent Acquisition Lead to oversee and execute our full-cycle recruiting strategy. This role will be responsible for identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent across a variety of departments including Sales, Operations, Infrastructure/Tech, Marketing, and Leadership. The ideal candidate is proactive, detail-oriented, and passionate about building strong teams in a fast-paced environment.
In addition to core recruiting duties, this position may oversee key talent programs such as our Enterprise Internship Program and Leadership Development Program. This role reports to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO) and may involve occasional travel.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and manage the full recruitment lifecycle:
Develop and update job descriptions in collaboration with hiring managers
Post and manage job ads across platforms
Source candidates through online channels and outreach strategies
Screen applications and conduct preliminary interviews
Coordinate interview logistics and assist in final selections
Perform background checks and facilitate the offer process
Partner with business leaders to understand future talent needs and develop proactive recruiting plans
Ensure compliance with employment laws and internal policies
Support onboarding efforts and act as a resource for new hires
Organize and attend job fairs, recruitment events, and career outreach activities
Oversee or contribute to special HR initiatives including internship and leadership programs
Qualifications:
Bachelor s degree in Human Resources or a related field preferred
3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruiting or talent acquisition
Proven ability to source candidates for diverse roles (especially Sales, Operations, Tech, and Leadership)
Strong knowledge of federal and state employment laws
Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing platforms
Familiarity with financial services or insurance industry a plus
