Job Details
Top Skills/Experience Needed:
- Technical expert of Salesforce Core Platform
- Knowledge of either Salesforce B2B or D2C
- Design, document, and own end-to-end Salesforce technical solutions for the project, ensuring alignment with best practices for scalability, performance, and security.
- Collaborate closely with Product Person and Technical Architect in India to interpret functional requirements, provide technical feasibility assessments, and translate needs into detailed technical designs.
- Provide strong technical leadership, clear architectural direction, and mentorship to the offshore Tech Lead and development team, guiding them through implementation.
- Work with Client IT team to keep them updated about architectural and technical decisions, close approaches and ensure client is aligned
- Oversee the technical development process, conduct code and design reviews (for complex functionality), and ensure the quality and integrity of the technical deliverables from the offshore team.
- Act as the primary technical point of contact for the project, resolving complex technical challenges, mitigating risks, and ensuring the solution adheres to the defined architecture.
