Baer is looking for SAP Program Manager for a 12+ month project located in Miami, FL
Title: SAP Program Manager
Location: Local to Miami, FL (Onsite Mon-Fri)
Duration: 12 months
Rate: All-Inclusive
Alignment: C2C or W2
Description:
- Lead planning, execution, and delivery of SAP-to-Cloud migration programs.
- Define roadmaps, milestones, budgets, and timelines aligned with business goals.
- Drive program governance, risk management, and stakeholder alignment.
- Provide in-depth knowledge of SAP modules (FI/CO, MM, SD, PP, QM, HCM, BW/BI, S/4HANA).
- Oversee system assessments, fit-gap analyses, and cloud readiness activities.
- Collaborate with SAP BASIS, infrastructure, security, and cloud teams to ensure smooth migration.
- Support design of scalable, secure, and resilient cloud architectures for SAP workloads.
- Ensure minimal disruption during migration and cutover phases.
- Act as liaison between business stakeholders, SAP consultants, and cloud providers.
- Manage vendor contracts, SLAs, and performance for quality delivery.
- Identify and mitigate program risks, particularly around data security and compliance.
- Ensure adherence to IT governance and standards (GDPR, SOX, SAP licensing).
- Provide regular program updates to executive leadership and steering committees.
- Track and report KPIs to measure migration success and business value.
Requirements:
- 15+ years of experience in program/project management, with focus on SAP environments.
- Proven success managing SAP migration projects to cloud (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Deep understanding of SAP architecture, modules, and data migration strategies.
- PMP, PRINCE2, or equivalent project management certification.
- Experience with S/4HANA migrations, SAP ECC transformations, and hybrid cloud models.
- Familiarity with SAP Solution Manager, SAP Cloud ALM, SAP Activate, and migration tools.
- SAP certification(s) in relevant modules.
- Cloud certifications (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform Architect).
- Experience in Agile or DevOps delivery environments.
- Industry experience (manufacturing, retail, finance) with complex SAP landscapes.
- Bachelor s or Master s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
