Job Description
The Cyber Pursuits team is seeking an associate manager to lead multiple Control Account Managers & Proposal development activity. This role will be 25% technical leadership/people management and 75% hands-on technical work.
Responsibilities include:
- Directly managing 9 Control Account Manager Project Engineers
- Leading the execution and monthly Business Rhythm
- Directly contributing to the cost and schedule health of F35 and ADP
-Help shape and implement Value Stream Team (VST) process on Proposals
- Operate as an Organization Breakdown Structure (OBS) Manager, including VAR work cells and Estimate to Complete monthly reviews
- Provide oversight for Configuration Management and Data Management daily engagements
- Engaging with Tech Leads, Line of Business and Cyber Program Management to understand their needs and use cases
- Helping to shape the strategy and vision for the Cyber Pursuits CAM team

Basic Qualifications
Experience with F-35 Earned Value Management processes
Experience with F-35 Proposal process and execution
Experience leading a small team
Experience with systems engineering lifecycle
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, Excel and/or Outlook)
Bachelor Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline or equivalent
Desired skills
Bachelor Degree in a STEM or Business-related discipline or equivalent
Strong interpersonal skills
Familiar with Risk Management Framework (RMF) contractual requirements in support of new proposals
Familiar with Cyber contractual requirements in support of new proposals
Familiar with MBSE contractual requirements in support of new proposals
Basic understanding of Post Authority to Operate (ATO) responsibilities (Patch/STIG management and POA&M Compliance)
Experience with Lockheed Martin Proposal/BOE process
Cost Account Management (CAM) Certification/Experience
Strong knowledge of Program and Company Command Media
Experience leading a cross functional team
Experience managing multiple integrated projects and/or people
Experience tracking/managing contractual deliveries to closure
Ability to effectively communicate at any level of management
