Project
- Project Management in Wireless Communications and IT
- Experienced in managing complex technical projects, including stakeholder engagement, timeline execution in a high-demand public safety environment.
- Clear and Effective Communication Skills
- Strong background in communicating training delivery and presenting complex technical material to diverse audiences.
- Technical Proficiency with Business Software
- Skilled in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Teams) with the ability to create clear documents, presentations, and analysis tools.
- Geospatial Analysis and Mapping tools
- Comfortable using various mapping and GIS applications to illustrate service coverage and response optimization.
- Public Safety Communications/IT Experience
- Proven ability to support mission critical operations with an understanding of coverage requirements and emergency response coordination
- This position supports customer notification of planned maintenance outages for a major wireless carrier. This is a high demand environment where the team reviews over 1500 planned maintenance activities per month, analyzes for customer impact and prepares and delivers assessments for customer consumption. In addition, teammates coordinate continually with developers to ensure supporting data and systems are producing accurate and timely products. Customers served here are all in the public safety vertical and the successful candidate should appreciate the criticality of the product delivered.
