Job Ttile: Developer/Programmer Analyst
Location: Austin, TX Hybrid 90% Remote, may require on-site presence

Job Description:
- Analyze user requirements and create design documents.
- Develop, maintain, and enhance software applications following TEA and industry standards.
- Conduct testing to verify compliance with requirements.
- Prepare and maintain technical documentation (design documents, process flows, data models, project plans, environment diagrams, test plans, etc.).
- Collaborate with project teams on sprints/releases, development estimates, architecture and design discussions, and issue triaging/resolution.
- Identify technical specifications and data integration requirements for ECIDS.
- Build and maintain data governance structures to support ECIDS implementation.
