Job Details

Hybrid role, must be onsite 3 days per week in Cincinnati.

Our industry-leading financial client is seeking a Release Train Engineer. The Release Train Engineer (RTE) is a servant leader and coach for the Agile Release Train (ART). The RTE's major responsibilities are to facilitate the ART events and processes and assist the teams in delivering value. RTEs communicate with stakeholders, escalate impediments, help manage risk, and drive relentless improvement.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Schedule PIs, PI Planning and Inspect & Adapt ceremonies
  • Master of ceremonies for PI Planning
  • Schedule System Demos
  • Facilitate ART/program Problem Solving Workshops
  • Facilitate ART/program Inspect & Adapt ceremonies
  • Owns and compiles ART/Program Predictability Measures
  • Manage ART/program Dependencies and Supplier Dependencies
  • Tracking and managing ART/program risks and impediments
  • Support Decentralized decision making
  • Coach leaders, managers and teams in Lean-Agile and SAFe
  • Support and encourage Communities of Practice
  • Work with line managers on train size, team membership and composition

Skills, experience, and other compensable factors will be considered when determining pay rate. The pay range provided in this posting reflects a W2 hourly rate; other employment options may be available that may result in pay outside of the provided range.
