Job Title : ServiceNow Architect (Workshops & Future-State Design)

Location: Primarily Remote, Client is Austin-based

Duration: 12+ Months

Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow Architect with exceptional communication and facilitation skills. The ideal candidate will be able to lead workshops, guide business stakeholders through future-state design, and confidently own the room. This role requires someone who can translate business needs into a scalable ServiceNow architecture and provide strong technical direction for future delivery and execution.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and facilitate high-impact workshops with business and technical stakeholders.
  • Drive future-state design discussions and guide the business in defining strategic ServiceNow roadmaps.
  • Confidently engage senior leadership and own the room during presentations and workshops.
  • Translate business requirements into clear, scalable ServiceNow architectural solutions.
  • Collaborate with delivery teams to ensure technical feasibility and alignment with architectural vision.
  • Prepare detailed documentation including architecture diagrams, future-state models, and solution designs.
  • Provide thought leadership on ServiceNow capabilities, best practices, and optimization opportunities.
  • Support the end-to-end implementation lifecycle from design through execution (as needed).

Required Skills & Experience

  • 8+ years of experience in ServiceNow, including architecture, design, and implementation.
  • Proven expertise in leading ServiceNow design workshops, business engagement sessions, and discovery phases.
  • Exceptional communication, presentation, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
  • Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations, workflows, and platform capabilities.
  • Experience developing high-level and detailed solution architecture documents.
  • Ability to influence decision-making and guide organizations through digital transformation.

Preferred Qualifications

  • ServiceNow Certified Technical Architect (CTA) or similar certifications.
  • Experience designing enterprise-scale ServiceNow implementations.
  • Background in consulting environments or large enterprise IT transformation initiatives.
