Role: Solution Engineer
Location: Framingham, MA (Remote)
Duration: 6+ Months
Visa: GC-EAD.
Qualifications:
3+ year s of IT experience implementing different Kronos WFM products (REQUIRED)
3+ year s of experience implementing Oracle Exadata Cloud Service / at Customer (REQUIRED)
2+ year s of experience using enterprise software development; Experience with Java (REQUIRED)
Solid understanding about Oracle Database 12c/19c/21c
Java software design and/or development
3+ of experience on Jboss/Oracle Weblogic server (REQUIRED)
Functional and technical knowledge of Kronos WFM upgrades
Hands-on experience in planning, testing, and executing upgrades and patches
Communication skills Must be able to effectively convey technical information to diverse audiences
Good interpersonal skills including the use of written, electronic, and oral communication
Sound problem-solving, reasoning, analytical aptitude, and attention to detail skills
Time-management skills, self-motivated and directed
Adept at reading, writing, and interpreting technical documentation and procedure manuals
Ability to present ideas and solutions in user-friendly language/ Ability to explain technical concepts to inexperienced users
