Role :

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for iOS and Android applications
• Develop and enhance test automation frameworks and tools, recommending best-fit solutions for the team
• Collaborate with development and QA teams to identify, log, and track defects throughout the software development lifecycle
• Perform regression, functional, and UI testing to ensure application stability and usability
• Analyze test results, report findings, and assist in troubleshooting issues with the development team
• Continuously improve automation processes, increasing test coverage and efficiency
• Assist in the creation of test plans, test cases, and documentation for new features and releases
• Participate in Agile development processes, contributing to sprint planning and retrospectives

Qualifications

• Bachelor s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field
• Proven experience in mobile automation testing for iOS and Android platforms
• Proficiency with automation tools such as Appium, Espresso, XCTest, or similar frameworks
• Strong programming skills in languages such as Java, Kotlin, Swift, or JavaScript
• Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems (e.g., Git).
• Familiarity with cloud-based device testing platforms is a plus
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
• ISTQB or similar testing certifications are advantageous
