Position: Business Analyst
Location: Bay Area, CA (Onsite)
Duration: 6+ months contract

Job Description:
We are seeking a skilled Business Analyst with strong hands-on experience in Airtable and exposure to Generative AI (GenAI) technologies. The ideal candidate will collaborate with cross-functional teams to design, automate, and optimize business processes using Airtable and AI-driven tools. This role requires excellent analytical skills, process improvement expertise, and the ability to translate business needs into scalable technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyze business processes and identify opportunities for automation and AI-driven optimization.
• Design, develop, and maintain Airtable databases, automations, workflows, and dashboards.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, define project scope, and document user stories.
• Utilize Generative AI tools (e.g., ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, or custom LLMs) to enhance workflows, reporting, and data analysis.
• Create and maintain documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and process maps.
• Partner with technical teams to ensure data integrity, reliability, and seamless integration with tools such as Slack, Zapier, and Salesforce.
• Conduct user training, manage UAT sessions, and provide post-implementation support.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
• 4+ years of experience as a Business Analyst in a technology-driven or automation-focused environment.
• Strong expertise in Airtable - including database design, automation, scripting, and dashboard development.
• Exposure to Generative AI tools and understanding of AI-based process optimization.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management abilities.
• Experience working in Agile (Scrum/Kanban) environments.
