Implementation Manager
About the Role
We are seeking a highly organized and client-focused Implementation Manager to support the onboarding and integration of new clients into our financial systems. This role serves as the key liaison between the client, sales team, and account management, ensuring smooth transitions and high client satisfaction.
This is a remote, 6-month contract role, ideal for candidates who excel in fast-paced environments and enjoy managing multiple moving pieces.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the onboarding process for new clients brought in by the sales team
- Serve as the primary point of contact for clients during implementation
- Manage administrative setup, system configuration, and client documentation
- Build strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure successful delivery
- Develop and maintain project plans; track deadlines and deliverables
- Coordinate closely with sales and account management to align client expectations and outcomes
- Monitor onboarding progress and provide updates to internal teams and clients
- Ensure customer satisfaction throughout the implementation lifecycle
Qualifications
- Previous experience in implementation, onboarding, or client services role
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills-able to build rapport quickly
- Exceptional organizational skills and ability to manage multiple deadlines simultaneously
- Comfortable in a fast-changing environment; able to work under pressure
- Experience with project planning tools is a plus, but not required
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently while also collaborating with teams

Schedule
- Remote role
- May work outside of Central Time Zone hours
Pay
- $25-28/hr
