Job Title: Power Platform Engineer Copilot Integration
Location: Houston, TX
Employment Type: W2 Contract

Job Summary:
We are looking for a skilled Power Platform Engineer with hands-on experience in Microsoft Power Platform and Copilot integration. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying custom business applications and automations using tools like Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot capabilities. You will work closely with business stakeholders and IT teams to deliver intelligent, scalable, and user-friendly solutions.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, and deploy solutions using Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Dataverse.
  • Integrate Copilot (Microsoft Copilot) features into Power Platform solutions to enhance user experiences and productivity.
  • Build AI-driven experiences leveraging Power Virtual Agents and Copilot Studio.
  • Collaborate with business users to gather requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
  • Develop custom connectors, APIs, and integrations with external systems (e.g., SharePoint, Dynamics 365, Azure).
  • Ensure solutions are scalable, secure, and adhere to governance and compliance standards.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve platform and integration issues.
  • Stay updated with the latest Microsoft Power Platform and AI capabilities.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
  • Proven experience with Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, Power Virtual Agents).
  • Experience with Copilot Studio, Microsoft Copilot, or integrating AI into Power Platform.
  • Strong understanding of Dataverse, Azure Logic Apps, REST APIs, and custom connectors.
  • Familiarity with Power Fx, JavaScript, and/or C# for app customizations.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Microsoft Certified: Power Platform Functional Consultant Associate or related certifications.
  • Experience with Azure AI Services, OpenAI integration, or other LLMs.
  • Prior experience in an Agile development environment.
  • Knowledge of data security, governance, and compliance in cloud-based platforms.
