**What We're Looking For:**
- Proven experience in designing, developing, and implementing C# applications.
- Strong knowledge of object-oriented design, software architecture, and development best practices.
- Proficiency with Visual Studio, Azure DevOps, TFS, and related development tools.
- Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies and the software development lifecycle.
- Ability to collaborate with users and convey technical information effectively.
