Job Title: Senior Network Engineer.

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Network Engineer to join our IT Infrastructure team. The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years of hands-on experience in designing, implementing, and maintaining enterprise-level network solutions. You will be responsible for ensuring stability, integrity, and efficient operation of the network systems that support core organizational functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, configure, and maintain LAN/WAN infrastructure, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless networks.

Monitor network performance and troubleshoot issues to ensure high availability and reliability.

Implement and manage network security measures, including access controls, intrusion detection/prevention systems, and patch management.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to support business applications and services.

Perform network capacity planning and performance tuning.

Document network configurations, changes, and procedures.

Lead network upgrade and migration projects.

Provide Level 3 support and mentor junior engineers.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor s degree in computer science, Information Technology, or related field.

Minimum 5 years of experience in network engineering or administration.

Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, BGP, OSPF, EIGRP, etc.).

Hands-on experience with Cisco, Juniper, or similar network hardware.

Proficiency in configuring and managing firewalls (e.g., Palo Alto, Fortinet).

Experience with network monitoring tools (e.g., SolarWinds, PRTG).

Familiarity with cloud networking (AWS, Azure) is a plus.

Excellent problem-solving and communication skills.

Relevant certifications such as CCNP, JNCIP, or equivalent are preferred.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience in SD-WAN, network automation (Python, Ansible), and virtualization technologies.
