It replaces all individual workplace productivity tools with a single, unified platform that includes project management, document collaboration, whiteboards, spreadsheets, and AI. Our dedication to enhancing productivity has earned us recognition on prestigious lists including the Forbes Cloud 100, Fast Company's Most Innovative Companies, Inc. With our headquarters based in San Diego and a rapidly expanding global presence, we are shaping the future of work. Join our team at ClickUp, one of the fastest-growing SaaS companies worldwide, and help millions of users be more productive - saving them at least one day every week.

ClickUp is seeking a Performance Marketing Manager with an exceptional track record in Display and Video advertising. This role is designed for an expert ready to not only maximize current performance but also to architect the systems and processes that will scale these channels into the future.

The Role:

  • Comprehensive Strategy Development: Develop and execute a comprehensive display and video advertising strategy that encompasses YouTube, Performance Max, and emerging programmatic display channels, aligning with our growth objectives and market positioning.
  • Optimization Mastery: Leverage an expert understanding of creative best practices, audience targeting, and bidding strategies to optimize campaign performance across video and display platforms. This includes a mastery in aligning strategy with the sophisticated machine learning/automation/AI capabilities of these media platforms to enhance campaign efficacy.
  • Strategic Planning and Refinement: Craft and refine our approach to video and display advertising. Focus initially on maximizing performance within existing lower-funnel efforts while strategically planning and laying the groundwork for broader full-funnel initiatives that synergize with our entire acquisition portfolio.
  • Creative Collaboration and Trailblazing: Collaborate closely with the creative team and utilize media platform resources to produce compelling ad content. Your role demands a strong point of view on effective strategies and a trailblazing spirit to discover and capitalize on first-mover creative opportunities that drive significant growth.
  • Analytical and Measurement Focus: Work in tandem with the Marketing Analytics team to refine our approach to attribution, incrementally, and performance measurement, ensuring our strategies are both effective within our current framework and insightful enough to potentially redefine how we measure performance for these channels.
  • Conversion Rate Optimization Partnership: Partner with the CRO team to tailor nuanced landing page experiences, optimizing for the unique demands of each channel to maximize conversion rates and media buying power.
  • Cross-Channel Collaboration: Engage in cross-channel collaboration to ensure cohesive messaging and branding across all marketing channels. Align display and video marketing strategies with broader marketing initiatives, facilitating seamless integration and amplification of the brand's message.
  • Ownership and Growth Mindset: Embody the spirit of a business owner, with a relentless growth mindset, eager to build, innovate, and significantly impact our trajectory.
  • Growth Opportunities: Initially, this role is designed for individual contribution, focusing on leveraging your expertise to drive impactful results. The opportunity for growth into a leadership position with direct reports is possible, based on the success and strategic needs of our operations. Success in this role also opens avenues for expanded channel responsibilities and influence within ClickUp.

Qualifications:

  • Proven Experience: 5+ years of experience in performance marketing, with a significant emphasis on display and video advertising. Experience within the B2B SaaS sector is a strong plus.
  • Impactful Performance: Demonstrable ability to provide concrete examples of previous successes in similar roles, showcasing a direct impact on performance and the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment.
  • Platform Proficiency: Proficiency in Google Ads and a breadth of knowledge across industry-leading display platforms, understanding the unique advantages and challenges of each.
  • Analytical Acumen: Advanced analytical skills, familiar with tools such as Tableau, and adept in utilizing a wide array of performance marketing tools for audience curation, competitive insights, alerting, and deploying advanced tracking solutions. Your analytical acumen will drive decisions that help shape our performance media strategies.

Salary Range: $125,000 - $160,000 (base pay)
