Position Overview:
We are seeking a talented and experienced Java AWS Developer with proficiency in Python to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Java development, extensive experience with AWS services, and the ability to work with Python for scripting and automation tasks.
Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and maintain Java-based applications and services
Architect, deploy, and manage applications on AWS cloud infrastructure
Implement scalable and reliable solutions using AWS services such as EC2, S3, Lambda, and RDS
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define requirements, develop solutions, and deliver high-quality software
Write clean, maintainable code and conduct thorough code reviews
Utilize Python for scripting, automation, and data processing tasks
Troubleshoot and resolve issues in production environments
Stay updated on emerging technologies and best practices in Java, AWS, and Python development
Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field
X+ years of experience in Java development, with proficiency in Java EE or Spring framework
X+ years of experience working with AWS cloud services
Strong understanding of cloud architecture principles and best practices
Experience with containerization technologies such as Docker and Kubernetes is a plus
Proficiency in Python programming language for scripting and automation
Familiarity with Agile development methodologies
Excellent problem-solving and communication skills
AWS certification(s) such as AWS Certified Developer or AWS Certified Solutions Architect is a plus
